  • Depending on your health condition (including alcohol consumption), we may refuse your participation on the day of the tour. No refunds will be made in the event that we refuse your participation due to alcohol consumption or intoxication. For your safety, we ask for your understanding.
  • Tours are generally held rain or shine. We may have to cancel the tour due to river conditions or other reasons, but we will do our best to accommodate the natural conditions. However, since we are dealing with nature, we may cancel the tour on the day of the tour. In any case, please understand that we will not bear any transportation costs to the site.
  • For safety reasons, the course may be changed depending on the weather and water level on the day of the tour.
  • Please be on time for the meeting. Late arrivals may cause inconvenience to other guests, so please arrive well in advance. Please note that tardiness of 20 minutes or more may result in cancellation of the tour on the day of the tour.
  • Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The following cancellation fees will be charged against the participation fee.
